The Institute is offering a series of four outdoor nature programs for preschoolers in January and February. Designed for children ages 2.5 to 5, the Wee Wonder programs will run on Mondays, January 23 and 30, and February 6 and 13, from 9:45 to 11 a.m. at Pine Hill Recreation Area in Waynesboro, Pa. Taught by Institute educators, age-appropriate program activities include exploring the outdoors, hikes, nature stories, rhymes, finger plays, nature games, and puppets.
Pre-registration for the full series and payment in advance are required by Jan. 19.The fee for all four programs is $28 for members of The Institute, and $32 for the general public, per child.
