Country Creek Produce Farm is a local favorite and a visitor’s delight! They’re not your average produce farm! Locals look forward to all the seasonal fun they have to offer, and people travel from all around to get in on the “Fresh. Local. Family. Fun.” that can be found here!
Located at 3794 Etter Rd. in Chambersburg, you’ll be wowed by all the “agri-tainment” they have to share; from U-Pick strawberries, blueberries, flowers, and pumpkins, to hay rides, a giant corn maze, pumpkin cannons and so much fun that you’ll definitely need to come back!
Country Creek Produce Farm grows over 20 seasonal fruits and vegetables on the Chambersburg Farm which can be purchased locally at two farm stand locations in Chambersburg on Rt. 11 across from McDonalds and Rt. 30E at Snavely’s Garden Corner. Local giants (no pun intended) like Giant, Martins and Sunnyway also carry their fresh produce. New this year, Country Creek launched a weekly CSA (community supported agriculture) Box called, Your Farmers Box which supplies the most fresh, in-season, locally grown fruits and vegetables available from their farm to your home! If you’re lucky, you might also find a sweet treat in your box! Also new to Country Creek’s toolbox is their online store! Consumers can take advantage of the availability of eggs, honey, flowers and of course farm fresh produce that will be ready and available for curb-side pick-up. Fall is a major time of year for Country Creek Produce Farm and the fun is endless! On September 12th the 2020 season kicks off with the opening of the Corn Maze and other Fall fun through November 7th. This year, Country Creek will celebrate the 200th anniversary of Florence Nightingale and all the wonderful nurses with a maze themed, “The Year of the Nurse and Midwife.” Other Fall fun that can be found include; Hayrides (starting September 19th), a hay pyramid, 2 jump pads, live animal petting zoo, the pumpkin cannon, barrel rides, slides and over 20 activities, photo ops and special activities for all!
