PSI is a study group of Antietam Historical Association. Since 2013 its monthly meetings have focused on crime in local history. One member presents the facts of a particular case and then urges the group to analyze the case. PSI’s findings are published in the series “The Proceedings of the Potomac Street Irregulars.” Antietam Historical Association was founded in 2006 to interpret the history of the region in Maryland and Pennsylvania drained by Antietam Creek.
