Tressa will be leading a vinyasa inspired yoga flow as the sun sets, while surrounded by the beautiful diversity of the plants in the Gardens.

This class will focus on joyful exploration of breath and movement.

The practice will be both uplifting and calming!

This class is suitable for most ability levels.
