The Middleburg/Mason-Dixon Line Historical Society Monthly Meeting

The Middleburg/Mason-Dixon Line Historical Society will meet at the State Line Ruritan Building, 15481 Park Drive, located off Route 11 at the State Line, PA Community Park.
Guest speaker is Rev. Bob Mcfarlane from Chambersburg, PA.
Bob is a retired minister, a local Civil War historian, and a first-person presenter.
The program will be “A Visit from General Joshua Lawrence Chamberlain.”
Gen. Chamberlain won the Medal of Honor for his gallantry at Little Round Top during the Battle of Gettysburg in 1863.
Rev. Bob will portray General Chamberlain in full dress Union uniform, speaking about the General’s values, Civil War participation, and later years.
A question/answer period will follow the presentation.
The public is invited, free.
