Letterkenny’s Oktoberfest 2024, Main Event & Celebration | Letterkenny Army Depot, Chambersburg

Mark your calendar for Letterkenny’s Oktoberfest!

The event is open to the public.

As a reminder, the festivities will start at the historic James Finley House with a noncompetitive volksmarch at 11:00 PM.

The 5K and 10K volksmarch, hosted by a community partner, will conclude at 5:00 PM and include a $4 participant fee.

Registration will close at 2:00 PM at the volksmarch station.

The Oktoberfest event and its activities will begin with an opening ceremony at 2:00 PM, followed by live German music and entertainment.

Meet local food and beverage vendors and community partners as you tour the property surrounding the former commander’s quarters.

Meet World War II reenactors, participate in games, climb a rock wall and wear your lederhosen or dirndl for a chance to win in the costume contest.
