Heroes & Angels: 160th Anniversary of the Burning of Chambersburg | Franklin County Historical Society, Chambersburg

This exhibit will be open to the public beginning Saturday July 20, at 10:00 AM

The Franklin County Historical Society is excited to announce a new temporary exhibit, “Heroes & Angels: 160th Anniversary of the Burning of Chambersburg,” curated by museum director Ann Hull.

The commemorative exhibit focuses on the stories of Chambersburg residents during the Confederate attack on Chambersburg in July 1864.

The exhibit may be viewed at The Franklin County Historical Society, 175 East King Street, Chambersburg, PA 17201.
